Revelation of Christ Baptist Church

A Christian leader is someone who is called by God to lead; leads with and through a Christ like character; and demonstrates the functional competencies that permit effective leadership to take place.  The central task of leadership is influencing God’s people towards God’s purposes.  Spiritual leadership must not only be exhibited in church, but in the home, workplace, and other areas.  Spiritual leadership must be exemplified in the preparation, organization, and implementation of short and long term goals of the congregation.
